PROJECTS
Pilots, not logos. Here is exactly where we are.
AI-Sentinel has paying clients. Pilots are live, several prospects have said they would pay, and not one invoice has gone out. We could dress that up. A security company that dresses things up has already told you what it is.
What we can show you
- Measured results from live customers and pilots against their production trafficIncluded
- Reproducible benchmarks you can re-run on your own hardwareIncluded
- A 1,237-test suite and a determinism guarantee you can verify yourselfIncluded
- The full monitor-mode report format, before you commit to anythingIncluded
What we cannot show you yet
- Completed ISO/IEC 42001 certification. Documentation is done, organizational process is underwayNot available yet
ACTIVE PILOT
Managed services provider, live production traffic
A US managed services provider running AI-Sentinel against live traffic across multiple LLM endpoints at once. They came to us needing three things nobody could give them together: production throughput, latency low enough that their clients would not notice, and coverage they could evidence in an audit.
- 85.1%
- adversarial action rate across a 1,000-payload red-team campaign, blocking or mutating the attack
- Zero
- confirmed data exfiltrations across 3,000 live attacks
- 100%
- of system-prompt extraction and cost-amplification probes blocked
- Multiple
- LLM endpoints protected simultaneously through one policy set
Figures from the pilot as of June 2026. The client is not named at their request. We will publish named results with permission as pilots convert, and not before.
WHAT A MONITOR-MODE ENGAGEMENT ACTUALLY PRODUCES
The deliverable, described before you agree to it.
- Day 0: Deployment. Non-blocking sidecar against live traffic. Integrated in minutes. Nothing is stopped, nothing changes for your users, no application code is touched. If it disrupts anything at all, we have failed at the first step.
- Days 1 to 7: Observation. Every request and response is inspected and recorded against the full applicable MITRE ATLAS technique set and the OWASP LLM Top 10. Attacks are logged rather than blocked, so you see the true rate of what is reaching your models today.
- Day 7: Reveal Report. A written audit: which techniques were attempted, which would have been blocked, which reached the model, what your existing controls caught and what they did not. Mapped to framework IDs so your auditor and your board are reading the same document.
- Day 7 Onward: your decision. Flip to blocking, or do not. If the report shows nothing of consequence then you have a clean, evidenced answer for the next board meeting and it cost you nothing. That is a legitimate outcome and we will say so in writing.
AI BUILD
The work that led us here.
Before AI-Sentinel there were the build engagements: business operating systems, automation platforms and agent workflows for companies that wanted the inefficient parts of their operation to run themselves. Those projects are the reason this company understands the attack surface from the inside.
Operations automation
Document-heavy workflows compressed from weeks into hours, with the exception paths handled rather than ignored. Deployed in weeks, not quarters.
Customer-facing agents
Agents handling qualification and support with scoped tool access and a hard boundary on what they can act on without a human. The gating logic in AI-Sentinel started here.
Decision analytics
Operational data turned into something a manager will act on, with traceability back to source so nobody has to take the number on trust.
Client engagements are covered by confidentiality. We will describe the shape of work we have done and will introduce serious prospects to references directly.
Your report will look like the one below. Except it will be about you.
Monitor mode goes in non-blocking, in minutes, with zero risk to live workflows. Within days you get a written audit of the prompt injections, extraction attempts and data leaks your current stack is not catching. Then you decide.
The audit is free. The blind spot is not.
