Training
Build the tools that streamline your operations and grow your revenue.
In one day, you'll build and ship a real AI-powered tool for your business — a client portal, a lead qualifier, a proposal generator, an internal dashboard. Whatever your business actually needs. No coding background required. No developer needed.

What you leave with
One day. Three systems. No developers needed.
A second brain
Every note, doc, decision, and idea in one place Claude can actually reason over. Search, recall, and connect what you already know — instead of rediscovering it every quarter.
A personal operating system
Your calendar, inbox, tasks, and goals running on a single AI-directed layer. One command to plan the week, draft the emails, and move the needle — without five disconnected apps in the way.
A business operating system
Your SOPs, client work, CRM, and internal tools wired into a system that runs on Claude agents. Scale output without scaling headcount.
The day
Nine to five. Every minute accounted for.
| Time | What | Detail |
|---|---|---|
| 8:00 — 9:00 | Set up your computer | Claude Code, VS Code, the Claude Code Extension, the CLI, Node.js, Git. Both Mac and Windows covered step by step — so we hit the training promptly at 9am. |
| 9:00 — 10:30 | Build your second brain | Every note, doc, decision, and idea loaded into Claude. Environment installed right — Claude Code, VS Code, your CLAUDE.md written live. |
| 10:30 — 12:00 | Build your personal OS | Your calendar, inbox, and tasks wired into a single AI layer. Five MCPs installed, 5-agent team built and running. |
| 12:00 — 1:00 | Lunch · catered | Served on-site. Sit with the instructors. Pick the business tool you'll ship this afternoon. |
| 1:00 — 2:30 | Build your business OS | Your SOPs, CRM, and internal tools connected to Claude agents. Database, auth, deploy pipeline live. |
| 2:30 — 4:30 | Build Block — your tool, shipped | You pick it. Client portal, lead qualifier, proposal generator, internal dashboard. Instructors circulate. You ship to a live URL. |
| 4:30 — 5:00 | Security pass & what's next | Security scan on what you built. OWASP guardrails in your CLAUDE.md. Plan your next three tools. |
| 5:00 — late | Dinner + drinks (optional) | On us. Stay as long as you want. |
Who's teaching
Two builders. Not two speakers.
Hugh Dunkerley
Co-Founder & CEO, Onnex Global
- Builds AI-powered business automation for mid-market operators
- Ships production Claude Code agents daily across ops, sales, and ops workflows
- Runs Onnex Global — automation partner to enterprise and SMB teams
- Built the CLAUDE.md playbook you'll be using in the room
Hugh didn't learn Claude Code to teach a workshop — he runs his business on it. Every automation, every internal tool, every client deliverable at Onnex Global is built the way he's about to teach you.
Mr.T Maharaj
Head of Operations, Onnex Global
- Operator-first — translates messy business processes into working AI systems
- Deploys agent teams across client engagements at Onnex Global
- Specialist in workflow automation, data pipelines, and AI analytics
- Bridges the gap between "AI is cool" and "AI is doing my job at 3am"
Mr.T Maharaj runs the operational side of Onnex Global — the person who takes the messy real-world business and turns it into something Claude can run. If Hugh builds the system, Mr.T Maharaj is the one who makes it survive contact with reality.
Who's in the room
Operators running real businesses. Not tourists.
This room is for founders, agency owners, consultants, and operators running $250K+/yr businesses who are tired of paying developers to build things they could build themselves — and are willing to spend one focused day to learn how. If you’ve never opened a terminal, that’s fine. If you’re looking for a "passive learning" experience, this isn’t that.

No pitch. No pressure. Just a straight conversation.
Questions
Before you book.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. If you can install an app and use a web browser, you have every skill you need. The point of Claude Code is that you direct the AI — you’re not writing code by hand.
What if I can't ship a full app in 8 hours?
You will. Every attendee ships. We pick a scope during the lunch block that fits the time, and the instructors stay with you until your URL is live. If you somehow hit the end of the day without a deployed app, you get 30 days of Slack access with us to finish it.
What does the day actually cost?
$2,500 per seat. That covers the full day (9–5), breakfast, catered lunch, optional dinner, all materials and CLAUDE.md templates, and 30 days of post-workshop Slack access. It does NOT include travel, lodging, or your Claude Pro subscription ($20/mo — required, bring your own).
Can I send my team instead / in addition?
Yes. Team bookings (3+ seats) get 10% off and a 30-min scoping call beforehand so we can tailor the Build Block to projects you care about. Email us.
What's your refund policy?
Full refund up to 14 days before the workshop date. Inside 14 days, your seat is transferable to another person (or to a future cohort) but not refundable — we’ve already committed to venue, food, and staffing.
